Video Purchase Help

When you have completed the purchase of a video or group of videos, you will receive an emailed purchase receipt that will contain links to your videos and a link to our ‘Your Account’ page. Please make sure you keep the email as you will need it to view the video(s) you have purchased.

If you do not receive the email, please check your email junk or spam folder.

On the bottom of the email you will see a link to your purchased videos. When you click the link you will go the list of the videos you have purchased. Click on the title of any video to watch it.

Please ensure that you have logged in to your account to view the full videos. If you are not logged in, you will only be able to view a short trailer of each video. After logging in, go back to your purchase email and click the link to your video(s).

If you are still having problems, or cannot find your purchase email, please fill out the technical support request below.
